Ambassador Liu Weimin today met with all six members of the the China-Aid Aro-Tech. Assistance Project in Vava’u Phase VI  at the Chinese Embassy to Tonga.

Ambassador Liu warmly welcomed the experts and commended the remarkable achievements of China’s agricultural assistance project in Tonga. He said that the project has become a flagship initiative in bilateral cooperation and encouraged the new team to further enhance technical collaboration to support Tonga’s sustainable agricultural development and the high-quality growth of China-Tonga relations.

Team leader Xiao Lingbo thanked for the Embassy’s support and pledged that the team would work diligently to bring more tangible outcomes to China-Tonga agricultural cooperation.
