Ambassador Cao Xiaolin Attends the Handover Ceremony of Boat Engines from Dongguan City, Guangdong Province to the Tongan Government

20 boat engines of 90 horsepower were handed over to the Tongan Government on March 31st, 2023. H.E. Ambassador Cao Xiaolin attended the ceremony and signed the handover certificate with Hon. Prime Minister Hu’akavameiliku at Fa’onelua Convention Center, Nuku’alofa.
