On 17th March, Mr. Ruan Dewen, counsellor of the Chinese Embassy, attended the computers and DVD players handover ceremony in Tonga Lavengamalie College. In his address, Mr. Ruan encouraged college students to know more about China and promote friendly relations between Tonga and China.
